A landmark moment in the strategic growth journey of METLEN Energy & Metals was marked today as the company officially commenced trading on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the ticker MTLN, following the successful completion of its voluntary Share Exchange Offer (SEO), which achieved an acceptance rate exceeding 90%.
Simultaneously, trading also began on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), where METLEN will be secondarily listed.
