TIF 2025 – Full Schedule: A Century of History and Innovation

This year marks 100 years since the founding of the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF), and the 89th edition is set to be the most impressive ever—an event that honors its historic legacy while looking boldly into the future of technology and innovation.

The fair will officially open on Saturday, September 6 and run through Sunday, September 14, welcoming over 1,500 exhibitors from across the globe and attracting more than 200,000 visitors.

100 Years of TIF – A Milestone Anniversary

In celebration of its centennial, the 89th TIF will feature a special audiovisual tribute at Pavilion 16, showcasing the evolution and impact of the institution from its founding in 1925 to the present day.

“With 11 thematic zones and approximately 1,100 exhibitors across 33,000 sq.m. of exhibition space, the 89th TIF is shaping up to be a truly unique mega-event,” say the organizers.

Technology, Innovation & AutoThessaloniki

Technology and innovation are at the heart of this year’s fair. The “Technology / Research / Innovation” zone aims to bridge the gap between research institutions, startups, universities, and industry, by showcasing cutting-edge achievements and real-world applications.

Meanwhile, AutoThessaloniki debuts as a dynamic new platform for the automotive sector, introducing brand-new car models from leading international manufacturers—some for the first time in Greece.

Extensive Lineup of Side Events

Throughout the nine-day event, TIF will host a rich program of parallel activities, including presentations, forums, and interactive sessions from:

• Government ministries and public sector organizations
• Businesses and chambers of commerce
• Universities and research centers
• Associations, NGOs, and civil society groups

These events will explore topics such as energy, the environment, tourism, education, agri-food innovation, digital transformation, and more.

57th TIF Rally – Speed Meets Tradition

As part of the celebration, the 57th TIF Rally will take place on September 13–14, organized by the Thessaloniki Automobile Club (AOTH). One of the most iconic events in Greek motorsports, the rally is expected to draw passionate fans and drivers from all over the country.
