Strict measures and legal reforms are being discussed to tackle the rising wave of juvenile delinquency in and outside schools. These include mandatory community service and assigning protective companies to monitor minors
"We have no right to disappoint the citizens who placed their trust in us," the prime minister said, while recommending "few words and much work" and stressing that "our government's work must not be sacrificed on the altar of communication."
Mitsotakis pointed out that "the government is moving on the domestic front but at the same time is also moving within a European framework, as well as in Greece's neighbourhood."
