Turkish media have taken aim at Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the head of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (GEETHA) Konstantinos Floros, accusing Greece of arming itself because it is preparing for war.
The Greek premier Mitsotakis addressed a joint session of the US House of Representatives and the Senate, after an invitation by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi,
The address is scheduled for 11:00 Eastern Time and will be taking place the day after Mitsotakis’ scheduled meeting with US President Joe Biden at the White House.
