The New Disciplinary "Penalty System" for the Public Sector
Approximately 2,300 disciplinary cases are pending across the 100 primary disciplinary boards of the public sector, one of the persistent problems in the disciplinary justice system, which the recently passed bill aims to address, according to its explanatory report. It's noteworthy that, in many cases, the completion of these proceedings may take up to five years or more.
