Συγκεκριμένα, μία από τις πιο χαρακτηριστικές νέες οικιστικές αναπτύξεις που έχουν βγει το τελευταίο διάστημα στην αγορά είναι ο πύργος 50 μέτρων, σχεδιασμένος από το διάσημο αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο Bjarke Ingels Group – BIG, που έχει το όνομα Park Rise. Από αυτόν έχουν διατεθεί μέχρι σήμερα στην αγορά συνολικά 65 διαμερίσματα.
