Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis spoke on the phone with the President of the Cyprus Republic Nikos Christodoulides on Friday, said Greek government sources.
The Greek premier expressed his strong condemnation for the unacceptable assault of Turkish Cypriots against members of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) in the area of Pyla, sources noted.
Greece and Cyprus are fully coordinated so as to take relevant actions at an international level, it was added.
