Greece is accelerating its housing and family-support strategy: 14,000 applications for the renovation of homes, a 50% upfront payment starting in October, a new “Spiti Mou III” homeownership scheme targeting another 20,000 beneficiaries, and the first Social Consideration projects using public property in Athens and Paiania.
