    Kalafatis: Greece Targets Exports at 60% of GDP — €3.1bn in Investments and €150m for AI

    Deputy Development Minister Stavros Kalafatis set out the government’s vision for Greece in 2030: stronger production, a more competitive industrial base and exports exceeding the EU average. At the center of the plan are 930 investment projects worth €3.1 billion, 15,000 new jobs and a dedicated €150 million development scheme for Artificial Intelligence and new technologies.

    Greek Exports Rise by 7.8% in December 2024, Reaching €4.03 Billion

    In 2024, Greek exports reached a total of €49.90 billion. When excluding petroleum products, exports grew by 16.2% in December, continuing a six-month streak of growth. They rose from €2.59 billion to €3.01 billion, an increase of €418.4 million.
