Elections 2023: How Greeks abroad voted – 42.62% for New Democracy, 19.04% for SYRIZA

Counting votes from Greeks living abroad was completed for the 2023 elections.

After counting the votes was completed, the difference between New Democracy and SYRIZA is 23.58%, with the two parties gathering 42.62% and 19.04%, respectively.

The third party is MERA25 with 11.07%, followed by the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) with 10.73% and PASOK with 6.72%.

It is noted that New Democracy gathered more than 50% in 8 countries: USA, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania.

USA, ND collected 62.21%. SYRIZA received 11.56%, MERA25 6.64% and PASOK 6.23%.

In Canada, ND collected 50.34%. SYRIZA received 19.31%, PASOK 9.66% and KKE 8.97%.In

Australia, ND collected 54.40%. MERA25 15.20%, KKE 9.60% and SYRIZA received 6.40%.

In South Korea, ND collected 32%. SYRIZA received 20%, PASOK 16% and MERA25 16%.

In South Africa, ND gathered 49.09%. KKE received 10.91%, PASOK 9.09% and SYRIZA 7.27%.

In Saudi Arabia, ND gathered 70%. PASOK received 12.50%, SYRIZA 7.50% and MERA25 5%.

In Egypt, ND collected 46.30%. SYRIZA received 29.63%, KKE 9.26% and PASOK 5.56%.

In Turkey, ND collected 57.89%. SYRIZA received 15.79%, KKE 12.28% and PASOK 5.26%.

In Italy, ND collected 41.64%. SYRIZA received 18.77%, MERA25 14.68% and KKE 11.6%.

In France, the ND collected 37.18%. SYRIZA received 22.82%, KKE 13.72% and MERA25 11.67%.

In Austria, ND collected 39.24%. SYRIZA received 18.14%, MERA25 13.92% and KKE 13.08%.

In Switzerland, ND collected 46.91%. SYRIZA received 13.40%, KKE 12.25% and MERA25 11.20%.

In the Czech Republic, ND gathered35.88%. SYRIZA received 23.66%, MERA25 13.74% and KKE 8.40%.

In Bulgaria, ND collected 51.61%. SYRIZA received 20.97%, KKE 6.45% and PASOK 6.45%.

In Romania, ND collected 56.20%. SYRIZA received 15.70%, KKE 7.44% and National Creation 6.61%.

In Hungary, ND collected 45.71%. KKE received 14.29%, SYRIZA 11.43% and PASOK 11.43%.

In Poland, ND collected 46.94%. SYRIZA received 11.22%, National Creation 11.22% and MERA25 9.18%.

In Lithuania, ND gathered 51.89%. SYRIZA received 20.75%, KKE 11.32% and MERA25 9.43%.

In Germany, the ND collected 36.87 %. SYRIZA received 19.54%, KKE 14.81% and MERA25 11.41%.

In the Netherlands, ND collected 27.97 %. SYRIZA received 26.77%, MERA25 18.81% and KKE 10.42%.

In Belgium, the ND collected 46.68% . SYRIZA received 19.69%, PASOK 9.41% and KKE 8.24%.

In the United Kingdom, the ND collected 47.46%. SYRIZA received 18%, MERA25 10.48% and KKE 10.07%.

In Ireland, the ND collected 30%. SYRIZA received 24%, KKE 14.67% and MERA25 11.33%.

In Norway, ND collected 26.92%. SYRIZA received 23.08%, KKE 14.42% and MERA25 11.54%.

In Finland, ND collected 38.36%. MERA25 received 17.81%, SYRIZA 15.07% and National Creation 6.85%.

In Spain, SYRIZA gathered 30%. ND received 27.78%, MERA25 15.91% and KKE 9.09%.

In Sweden, SYRIZA collected 26.56% . ND received 24.36%, MERA25 17.77% and KKE 15.93%.
