PM Sarmas chaired meeting on refugee issue

Prime Minister Ioannis Sarmas convened a meeting on the issue of migrant trafficking on islets of the river Evros on Monday at the Maximos Mansion. The meeting was attended by the Minister of State Vassilios Skouris, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Vassilios Kaskarelis, the Minister of Citizen Protection Charalambos Lalousis, the Minister of Migration Policy and Asylum Daniil Esdras, the head of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (GEETHA) General Konstantinos Floros as well as senior officials. A meeting on the smooth conduct of the university entrance exams was also held. The meeting, convened by the prime minister, was attended by the Minister of Education and Religious Affairs Christos Kittas, the Minister of Digital Governance Sokratis Katsikas and senior officials.
