The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund – HRADF, a member company of the Superfund, and the state’s privatization arm, is proceeding with the development of property in the former construction site of the Rio – Antirrio brige project, through an international tender.

The property has a total area of ​​approximately 16.5 hectares and is located on the former construction site of the Rio – Antirrio bridge project, in the Municipal Unit of Antirrio of the Municipality of Nafpaktia. It borders the settlement of Agios Panteleimonas to the northeast and the settlement of Antirrio to the southwest.

The property is suitable for the development of a supply chain park in combination with the use of the front sea front, the creation of a technology park or even the development of tourism infrastructure.
