AADE unveils 2025-2029 Strategic Plan for an advanced administration

AADE is gradually transitioning to the leading Tax Administration 3.0 model, with decision-making based on data analysis (data-driven).

The Independent Authority of Public Revenue (AADE) on Friday presented the Strategic Plan for 2025-2029. It is a plan with ambitious goals, which lays the foundations for a model and technologically advanced administration, responds to the modern needs of citizens and businesses, while at the same time ensuring public revenues and supporting the implementation of fiscal and social policy.

Based on the new Strategic Plan 2025-2029, AADE is gradually transitioning to the leading Tax Administration 3.0 model, with decision-making based on data analysis (data-driven), risk management at all levels (risk-based), adoption of a new model for serving citizens and businesses, a multi-channel approach to communication (taxpayer focused), priority for the well-being of its staff and excellence in all its functions.

Strategic Objectives

Five strategic objectives implement AADE’s vision for the period 2025-2029:

1. Establishing a framework for easy compliance
2. Focusing on citizens, businesses and society
3. Addressing any risk of non-compliance, ensuring public revenues
4. Achieving high levels of performance through technology, data and human resources
5. Pursuing excellence at all levels of operation
