On Monday September 5, 2022 at 19.00 and every Monday in September, the Ano Polis Conservatory in collaboration with the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, is launching a new series of outdoor concerts in the picturesque squares of the Ano Polis with free entry for the public.
These are concerts in the context of the events “Musical Mondays in the squares of the Upper Town” with the participation of the Traditional and Folk Orchestra of the Conservatory and the support of the Culture Center. The program includes Smyrna songs and well-known folk tunes under the artistic supervision and direction of the chief musician and director of the Conservatory, Panagiotis Diamantis.
The first concert will be given on MONDAY SEPTEMBER 5 at 19.30 at the emblematic venue of the Triangle Tower with its unique view of the city of Thessaloniki and its symbolic character in the cultural events of the region.
