The updated concession agreement for the construction of a logistics center on the Thriasio Plain, west of Athens, including an industrial zone and access to the sea at Elefsina, was ratified in the Greek Parliament on Friday by a large majority.
Amendments to a 2018 agreement were signed in March by Finance and Infrastructure Ministers Christos Staikouras and Kostas A. Karamanlis, respectively.
