We either continue on the path of safety & progress or risk fresh adventures, PM Mitsotakis says in Volos

The upcoming national elections in May 21 are the most critical elections of recent years, said Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Thursday evening, speaking at a New Democracy event in the city of Volos.

And critical they are indeed, he added, because “they find us at a crossroads of choices, having to choose not between two parties that will govern for four years, but between two entirely different worlds, either of which will determine the country’s course for a decade.”

Therefore the stakes is high, he added, to “either continue on the path of safety and progress or risk fresh adventures.”

The prime minister also underlined that Greece is very close to achieving investment grade status by international credit rating agencies, “but to get there we need a stable and efficient government.”
