Mondays I’m a firm believer in trying to get the majority of your essential vitamins and minerals from food based sources and through your diet, however sometimes we still lack in some areas! I’m taking @proteinworld pea protein to help maintain my muscle mass this pregnancy. I’m by no means trying to put on muscle but would like to maintain fitness where possible to help me be as strong as possible for my birth, baby and for myself! I’m mainly sticking to Pilates, strength training and yoga but every pregnancy and body is different ✌️ #23weekspregnant
