FM Dendias to meet with Austrian FM Schallenberg, IAEA director general Grossi

The two ministers will meet privately, following which expanded talks will be held between the two delegations. The two ministers are scheduled to make joint statements at 13:00 (Athens time).

Topics on the agenda are expected to include strengthening bilateral relations, coordination within the European Union and international organizations on the migration/refugee issue, and regional developments including Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the East Mediterranean, and the Western Balkans.

In Vienna Dendias will also meet with International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi.

This is Dendias’ second visit to Austria; the first took place in March 2022.
