Property rates used for tax purposes (“objective values”) in the Elliniko area are changing again, adding to most property taxes on the so-called Athens Riviera.
With its latest decision, the Ministry of National Economy and Finance may leave the zone prices unchanged (as determined in August 2022), but it has influenced two factors that shape the objective values, the Plot Development Factor and the Plot Factor.
A decision published in the Government Gazette on December 30 modifies these factors, raising the objective value of properties in areas of the Municipalities of Elliniko-Argyroupoli, Glyfada and Alimos, that offer better views, infrastructure or commercial prospects.
