Greece – Croatia: Giannis Antetokounmpo’s show at the Eurobasket premiere

The NBA champion got off to a perfect start in his second EuroBasket appearance (the first in 2015) and showed that he went to Milan and will later go to Berlin with a goal - to lead the national team to the podium.

Tyler Dorsey may have played the game of his life with the Greek national team, but it was Giannis Antetokounmpo who led the way for victory against Croatia.

The medal has been missing for the last 13 years and Dimitris Itoudis with Giannis in front can give Greece what everyone is waiting for in Greece and the diaspora. Greece reached 17 points difference against the Croatians, but in the end, if it was not for Giannis, they might have lost the game…
